2. The use of terms such as "True" and/or "Real" Colloidal Silver is more of a marketing ploy than a reality.
3. Most everyone know how to reduce ionic silver into metallic silver. - no need to sell or present this as some obscure process requiring a chemist.
4. The use of additives is not the best method of producing metallic Colloidal Silver . All that's needed is heat. - and so, you might want to pass this on to your "chemist" ;)
