How long after a 21 day Water Fast can I flush again? Is 2 weeks long enough? I'm going to drink loads of carrot and beet juice and eat loads of apples when I re-feed so hopefully I'll be in a perfect state for a good flush.- Several days White Shark

This is a reply to # 2,250,413I would personally try to be on juices for at least 3 days after a water fast, before trying the liver flush.
Just to make sure bowel is moving the way it is suppose to.
As soon as thing start moving normally through your intestines, you can start flushing.

This is a reply to # 2,250,573Unfortunately, Water Fasting forum is not connected to all the forums, it is strange but that's how it is. So if you are in Fasting General, you get 6 choices on the bottom part of the post, but you will not have a choice for Fasting with Water only forum.
So if you wanted to post a message on this forum and other forums you will have o copy and paste in this forum and one other forum such as Liver Flush Forum which will then allow you to post a message in many forums at the same time.
