Dr. Mark Sircus says to use baking soda to get your pH where it belongs, iodine so every cell in the body can kick out the toxins and kill the bugs and use topical magnesium chloride. I saw lots of egg sacks, if that's what you mean by biofilms. Biofilms just protect the parasite. No parasite wants to die, so they hide behind biofilms.
