Hello: I'm going to post in Candida, Leaky Gut, Celiac, SIBO, and IBS/IBD forums as I have no clue what I've done to myself : )

It started with generalized gastro irritation and inability to consume my normal routine of heavy foods, Chipolte, Wings Over, and the like. Caused by excess coffee and beer consumption during college, mixed with alot of getting high and eating thousands of calories of Sugar and carbs immediately before bed. I started having cramping and IBS type symptoms mixed with GERD which quickly went away once I started taking Limolene / citrus oil.

My symptoms came back this year, which is when I found this site : ) Unfortunately due to the copious amounts of weed I was smoking at the time (or fate) I wasn't able to wrap my head around vetted and 'good solutions' so I jumped right into ingesting essential oils (and not the living right/well or whatever kind that is marketed for that)
I was taking NOW brand clove and peppermint oil, (1-3 mls of the peppermint a few times) and 5-10 drops of the clove oil a few times, along 2-3 drops tarragon all with water and zero dilution oils. Now my digestion is truly a wreck. After I came off the pot and realized what a terrible thing I'd done, I started actually trying to heal myself mentally and physically (starting with giving up my herb of choice pursuits).

During the time of taking the E.O internally, I also had almost finished a Dr. Clark Store ParaCleanse, which consisted of the Super W, Super C, and walnut bark constituents (yes I was double whamming my system with clove and a whole bunch of other anti-fungal / antiparasitic stuff). I certainly don't blame his ParaCleanse for my idiot move, I was just terrible circumstance/karma and thought i'd mention that my mucous membranes are probably really destroy now.

That was a few months ago, and I have been mostly broken inside since. All foods seem to bother me, I've come down with bloodwork consistent with 'celiac disease,' I haven't had the breath test to see if I have SIBO so I'm unsure if I have that, simply a destroyed gut and mucousal lining, IBS, Leaky gut, Candida Overgrowth, ect. Before this nuking that I did of my GI track, I would have said candida overgrowth and IBS/Leakygut or maybe SIBO, but now I don't know. I've always loved sugared foods and carbs, and got away with eating like Michael Phelps because I was a swimmer and a runner, but it seems to have all caught up with me now.

What I am currently taking is Silver wings 500 ppm 2 tablespoons daily along with 1-2 drops of WOO mixed in some hempseed oil and taken in water. I also take a tablespoon or so of coconut oil, 4-5 caps of skim symp. colostrum, 1-3 tablespoons of freeform glutamine, PepzinGI which is a zinc-L-Carnosine complex, about 3 tablespoons hydrlysated beef collagen, some COQ10 thrown in there, with glutathione reduce and NAG, and also MSM, ButyrEn. I would be taking some ludols / NOW thyroid supplement except I hear I shouldn't take that with the CS regime I'm on. I am also shooting some cider vinegar on occasion and avoiding all forms of processed foods, all types of sugars, fruits, and all carbs (except brazil nuts) (basically a GAPS, SCD diet). In addition I've been doing some Epsom Salt and bendo clay and cider vinegar baths, and have also been ingesting the bendo clay with some USP grade coal. I plan on doing the CS until the 120 ml bottle is gone, so 2-3 weeks. I am also going on a 20 day water, urine, and lemon fast (my first fast) very soon (yes I'm healthy enough, twenties, still able to eat but just in horrible pain). Before the fast I plan on juicing myself with lemon / lemon water, red cabbage, whatever other green veggies I can find, and carrot for at least a week prior, and will hopefully take myself out of it in a similar fashion. I've been doing the whole organic chicken to bone broth thing, which is ok except that still bothers me quite a bit.

I have a gastroscope coming up but other than that have gotten NO help from any naturalpaths or my primary (haven't been seeing either very long in there defense). I'm guessing that I am currently taking far to many supplements, so I could use your advice on that since trying to have some candida crushers (garlic, WOO, Coconut Oil, Iodine, CS) with the leaky gut stuff (gluta,glutathioine, NAG, MSM, ect) is not smart. I am also doing about 1 organic coffee enema a week (usually when I eat something that bothers me) and taking a high quality probiotic (VSL #3 and Dr. Ohhira's essential). The advice I have gotten (other than surfing these great forums) has been from an herbalist who has put me on at least 1-3 tablespoons daily of slip elm, marshmallow, and licoroine root, and also recommended (though I haven't starting taking comfrey and plantain, also meadowsweet, and skullcap. Like all of you here I just want the damage I did to myself to heal, so that I can at least get back to the little life i did have before. My parents are not exactly understand of all of this (which I don't blame them). Let me know your thoughts.
