I started taking 2 teaspoons of coconut oil on empty stomach. I do not feel any different. It has been 4 days since I started. Only different thing I see is my BMs are well formed.
I also rub coconut oil on my entire body alternating with castor oil.
I think it's still to early to tell a change. 4 days? Where do you get yours? I've checked quality coconut oil/essential oils and rubbing on hair, skin, and the body like you do is just beneficial nonetheless.. keep it up.
