Do coffee enemas deplete b12?
I am wondering this after learning about beginning methylation and titrating up on active b12's/folate, you are supposed to initally avoid glutothione supps as it uses up active b12 super quick.
So I'm wondering if the highly effective coffee enema, which is said to produce 700% more glutothione in the liver, would quickly deplete the body's store of b12?
After my last spree of coffee enemas over the last month, I had started to notice a tremor in my feet, like tingling in the liver meridian. After 5 days on the mb12, it has gone away finally. Curious, isn't it?
Please chime in with your thoughts...:)

Hey Miked1025,
Sort of, but it's like sometimes I get gout in the left big toe. I know it's liver, must be. What do you think it is?

Thank God I escaped the dreaded toe fungus! It seems like everyone I know has it but me, but then again I am the canary in the coal mine that lives like a vegan fruit eating monk, so maybe that's my reward:)
BTW, now that we are on the subject of fungus. I just thought I'd share that I have a mole on my right cheeck by me ear that has been there my whole life. Since doing liver flushing/colonics/CEs, it is almost disappeared.
Also, I noticed yesterday a mole on my mid right back is fading and almost disappeared. ASLO, those little purple/red dots that I see everybody getting these days, two of them are fading on my lower abdomen,
This has all got to be good stuff! And I am taking no anti fungals, or anyting. I do eat low fat/high carb. I believe this helps tremendously as blood sugar is balanced from this.

Great Director, good luck with the active b12 protocol, it is helping me so much, I can't even believe it. I had a feeling I just needed something simple like this, and low and behold, I did.
Also, my liver is doing way better now with this protocol, bile flow has normalized dramatically, it's amazing...all the best

Hi Monroe444,
So happy that someone has an ear for this info, that is why I keep posting it. AF (I used to think I had it for years, but now I don't believe in it) could very well and most likely is improper supplementation or lack of supplementation of b vitamins.
I think you are super wise to pick up on these things as they are cutting edge and could save you hella problems with your health.
Re the Glutothione. Supping it has helped some and crashed many more. Check out this thread by the 2 men in the world who know more about supping b vitamins for people with chronic (PWCs) diseases:

Freddd is who I chose to follow ultimately because he pulled himself out of a 30 year CFS/ME hole with this info and has heped hundreds do the same. He has read over 100 studies on b12, md's come to him for advice in helping their family members recover. It is really working for me, but I am following it to the letter. Here is a concise breakdown of the protocol:

The key is to understand the need for potassium that will hit after starting. I eat tons of bananas and coconut water and I still needed it believe it or not.
I would stop the Glutathione and coffee enemas for now, then restart CEs after you feel stabalized. Ahmo, a member of that board, does CEs with Freddd's protocol no problem. But she has been supping properly with the right b's for 2 years. I believe CEs and liver flushes can flush out a lot if not all the body's reserves of b vitamins. Doesn't make them bad, just have to prepare for them...Good luck!

Hiya Edited by Moderator:)
Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I am wondering if you like CEs?
I am very with you, I don't even take any other supps. I am a vegan, so b12 is a must. Yes, and I see supps pushed a lot on CZ, just doesn't jibe with me at all, I am forever trying to figure out what vegan foods to add to get these nutrients, and I can't even tolerate most supps.
I also deal with a relapse of CFS caused by metals, (very intuitive of you!) so I need my energy and b12/b's are the name of the game there.
I have been on an active b12 titration for the last 6 days, and am feeling so much better today, yippee!
Also, I have been craving salt the last few days, so have been munching on winter dulce, and even doing little mini flush lemon/hemp/salt shots cause they satisfy my salt craving.
Funny thing is, Freddd who created this active b12 titrating protocol says to watch out for potassium deficiency, but I am craving salt! Go figure, I do eat about 10-12 bananas a day, so it could be some kind of paradoxical thing, I suppose. And you are right one with saying it's involved in the mineral balance, any more hints here? Do the metals just wreak havoc on the minerals or what? Is it because they are electrically charged like metals?
And thank God about my cousins, I love them dearly! :) Thanks for letting me know that, I don't watch the news, so it's great to hear something good for a change.
They are dear sweet animals, have you ever swam with them? I highly recommend it! Ciao!

p.s. please come back more than once a year!:)
Detoxed heavy metals and healed myself of CFS once with vegan diet, and doin it again:)
Yay me:)
Oh and btw, I don't know any crazy meat and dairy eaters, they're all very sane...(haha).

Yes, I agree with you!
I think that regular water enemas and colonics totally wash out sodium.
Sodium is said to keep the bowels moving well and is needed for healthy colon. I need organic sodium and get this from celery juice, but also need sea salt a few times a day, especially after water enema or colonic.
