well i would agree that we all need sunshine
but i don't think Anne Coulter was talking about that kind of radiation
and i don't think that is what they use to treat cancer, either

speaking of radiation….

the cold weather feels really weird to me this year
my body feels cold when it is cold outside
even though it is very warm inside from the heater

i have to sit right in front of the heater for a long time in order
for my body to warm up, even though the room is plenty warm

the least exposure to cold and my hands and feet are getting really
cold really fast

warming them up takes a long time
my body is heating up much slower than an entire room

when i finally get warm it is like a hot flash and i feel too warm

i am going to resume taking the thyroid glandular
formula to see if that will help fix it
