I take
Lugol's 2%.
Glaxony, I'm sorry, my English is not good enough to understand your message.
Trapper, I had to go for blood work for iron levels and I told my Dr my body temp is often below normal and I'm cold all the time so she checked TSH. And I got a call from the DR's office telling me she wants to see me because my TSH is too high. It used to be borderline according to their standards (at 5). And now it's 15. It scared me. That's all. It was at 5 before
Iodine and now it's 15. I will see the Dr in 2 weeks.
I did a search on the forum and found many posts about this. It seems to be normal. I will stick to what I've been doing so far. I've been taking
Iodine for a year now (100mg for the last 6 months).
