Yes, there is a way to use glutathione in capsules for suppository supplementation.
You need three things in addition to the glutatione; enema tip, oral syringe and baking soda (to adjust PH level, less acidic - protects anal tissue).
Use a very small cup/container. Empty a capsule of either 250mg or 500 mg (depending on person's need) into the cup. Add baking soda 50 mg-70 mg (very little) and add 4-5 ml of water. Stir and wait until the bubbling stops. Transfer to a syringe and insert into enema tip, and administer.
Note: The tricky part is to find a syringe and enema tip that will fit tightly. Some oral syringes will work; you need to get several different kinds to find one that will fit the enema tip (which comes with an enema kit, or you can purchase just the "replacement" tip - Amazon, etc.).
I have used liposomal glutathione, and known several others that tried it; the result came back the same; Not working well at all. This suppository method, on the other hand, works!
