I've just recently discovered I have Morgellons. After eight doctors/dermatologists told me I had
Acne (really?
Acne causes your face to melt off and your hair, teeth and nails to change color and texture?) or rosacea (seriously? rosacea makes you anemic, and causes you to envy the brain function of your grandmother?)I took to the internet.
There I was able to finally find some pictures of exactly what was going on with my skin. This led me to YouTube. After three weeks of youtube videos I was ready to buy a convertible, find a friend named Louise and head for Arizona. Then I found cure zone and now feel slightly less doomed. Another sanity inducing find was The Carnicom Institute.

Have any of you read Dr. Carnicom's papers? Do you have any thoughts on them?
My brain is a lot less functional than it used to be and it took me a week to get through two of his papers. The biggest 'take away' for me in the two reports I read was that body pH was really important, and that although Morgellons presents as a skin condition it is actually systemic.
Since then I've measured my pH (5.5) and completely changed my diet and added supplements in an attempt to not be nominated as the poster child for Acid Death.
I'm finding the range of topics here a bit overwhelming (there are Morgellons beasties on my floor and in my clothes?!? Gaaah!). I'm just wondering if it sounds to you as if I'm on the right track and what the next steps might be.
I'm sorry for such a long narrative and am appreciative of any advice that doesn't require me to drink oxyclean-yea youtube. :/
