WHY my vet friend recommended fenbendazole along with ICUS protocol, it kills the encysted L3 LARVAE
It’s only quite recently that we’ve been
able to tackle the problem of encysted small
strongyles, which are left completely
unscathed by most deworming drugs, including
ivermectin. Only two drugs are
considered larvicidal against encysted
small strongyles: Moxidectin (at 0.4 mg/kg)
and fenbendazole (10 mg/kg daily for five
consecutive days), which are both known
to kill significant proportions of the encysted
cyathostome larvae within the gut

I've read all your posts about research articles & parasite drug treatments for Strongyles ~ Kudos for providing this info to the forum!
Concur that adding Moxidectin & Fenbendazole to my Strongyloides/Morgellons/Filariasis Protocol would be a good method to kill the encysted gut larvae. The protocol: http://www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1586882#i

This is a reply to # 2,232,904Were you taking the fenbendazole twice a day for your regular weight or were you cutting the dosage in half and taking one half dose in the morning and one half dose in the evening?

This is a reply to # 2,311,755Half life seems to range from 6 hrs to 11 hrs depending upon weight.
I would say it is saver to dose twice a day, instead of one full dose.

This is a reply to # 2,232,904At this stage, how often should the fenben 10 mg/kg 1X day for 5 days be repeated? Also, at this stage, should ivermectin be continued 1 X week for life?
