So after many debates and research I've decided to pull out my root canal.
My question is, what are the food that could accelerate healing after an extraction?

Fasting on water accelerates healing, food slows down healing.
The less you eat, the faster you heal.

I actually didn't eat anything for 12 hours before and 24 hours after the extraction. My first meal was some bone broth. I'm wondering if I should start Intermittent Fasting (eat only a few hours during the day) or stop eating for a while and do a longer Water Fast.- Re: Wrong question phelp

This is a reply to # 2,230,428Yes, phelp, it was infected. At least that's what my dentist told me.
I'm currently on intermittent Water Fasting, eating only once a day.
1st day - no food, only water
2nd day - chicken bone broth, coconut oil
3d day - fish bone broth, coconut oil

This is a reply to # 2,230,648Let me get this straight. You had a root canal. You removed it and the dentist found an infection-I thought root canals cured infections? (ask anyone how removes root canals-they are all infected)
Make you wonder how many people have festering infections in their jaw
