Im on day 11
went xmas shopping yesterday, knew what I wanted and was with my husband.
I was fine, just moving slow.
Been having great dreams of eating!!
Seem so real!!
I don't even want to wake up!!
I am getting some insomnia now.... which is expected!!
Ok.... Ill check back in, in a few days...

So I am curious and want to learn, how did you survive the Holiday week? There is so much food and goodies to eat. How did you not eat and explain to others around you who were just eating away?
I ate some sugary stuff and felt bad afterwards.
If I can, next week I may fast again. Get the junk out of my system.
