A few quick thoughts in response to the posts in this thread (edited)...
--Good for you for taking responsibility for your health and getting out those stones!
--It's highly unlikely that taking any encapsulated supplement before doing a
Coffee-Enema has anything to do with the action of that particular CE. Our stomach empties approximately every 15 minutes - after that it takes a LONG time for the capsules to even break down, let alone for their contents to be assimilated into the bloodstream (some people even poop-out partial capsules). If one is going to use ground/powdered, dried herbs (likely dried & ground at degradingly high temps, and dried improperly), it's *always* preferable to use them in a tea or tincture to ensure assimilation.
--However, it is very likely that the herbs taken previously are having a good effect, especially a good cumulative effect. A few days worth of any herb/combination isn't going to be nearly enough to break up congestion enough in the liver that a
Coffee-Enema will release the debris. (However, when the gallbladder is jam-packed (like an overfilled ballon), many times a
Coffee-Enema (or even ES, or magnesium supplements or even simple herbs/foods) will trigger a release.
--Organic herbs are essential for obtaining the known benefits of the herbs (for gazillions of different/known reasons that have been previously discussed). Organic certification includes testing to ensure you're getting the same herb that is on the label.
--Be sure the lecithin is *not* GMO!
--Massager? I agree completely (and so glad you shared it) - this *is* crucial to what you're experiencing. Rocky & I regularly do 'percussive massage' to each others livers (front & back) and the sounds we hear afterward (doing a CE or not) indicate major movement within the liver & gallbladder.
(what we do is referred to & explained as 'concussional massage', starting at page 260 in this book - you can do a search on the word: massage to find the page. You can do this massage to yourself on the front side :)

--The action of a CE is not the same as a
Liver Flush (similar in some ways; unsimilar in others). 'Like I'm always saying, self-diagnosis is a VERY slippery slope - our liver is never in the same condition from one day/week/month to the next, and what we may swear we know 'why it's happening' may be the reaction from things we did days/weeks/months ago.
There's no doubt that
Liver Flushes are a stronger & more intense therapy (hence, stronger reactions and longer 'rebound times') - and the ES taken as part of the
Liver Flush has the potential to be very exhausting and disruptive to our systems. Heck, Gerson had patients that were near death doing 4-6 CE's daily, but
Liver Flushes are not usually recommended more than once every two weeks. You may get to a point where a few more
Liver Flushes are essential to fulfilling your healing mission - everyone should always be careful to remember not to let their own individual experiences at any certain 'stage of the game' be a "bible" on how to handle the entire game.
--Absolutely, positively recommend AGAINST Diaotomaceous Earth! As noted, it is as hard, or harder than glass - and while the original diatoms may have had rounded edges (or not), it is ground after being mined. The edges are sharp enough to kill parasites, and the edges ARE sharp enough to cut into intestinal flesh. I've read quite a few reports of people experiencing kidney pain after ingesting food-grade diatomaceous earth (which would indicate it had entered the blood stream), and at least one report of blood in the urine. It is my opinion that Diatomaceous Earth (food grade or not) should not be ingested.
Healthiest of blessings,
