I posted something that was not welcome on a particular forum, and I am not sure why. So, much to my surprise, it was removed. I spent a while writing it. It was a request for some advice and opinions. Had I known it would be prohibited, I would have made a copy of it, because I would like to try posting it on another forum to see if anybody has suggestions for me there. If it is not welcome on the other forum, then I would like to post it on my own forum to see if anybody will respond. But now it is gone. I did not make a copy of it because I did not expect this to happen. I have been looking around hoping there might be some way for me to view all of my own posts, even ones that have been hidden, so I can copy what I wrote, and post it elsewhere, but I cannot find any way to do that. Is there any way for us to view our own posts that have been hidden, or do they simply go into a black hole never to be seen again?
