Has anyone seen any skin problems resolve or greatly improved as a result of the infrared sauna?
Rosacea, eczema, psoriasis?
I know it can help Acne by clearing out the oil in the pores.

Mercury Detox
Dental work and fillings, not a problem.
This is a reply to # 2,223,329I use dry heat and FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) saunas. The dry heat is healing a ringworm area I had on my ankle that wouldn't respond to creams I put on it.
