I've upped my selenium intake to 400 mcg and it's doing great things for me. :0)
It's been only two days but my body is warmer, warm hands and very good night sleep. Did not wake up once! I also have more energy. I usually have good steady energy throughout the day but become very tired after I've been up for more than 14 hours. I still have another hour and a half to go before bed time by that time and I'm pretty useless helping with the kids bedtime routine. But not since I've upped my selenium. I do feel tired but I still have energy to prepare lunches, load the dishwasher, bath time for the kids, etc. I'm not half asleep on the sofa.
Just wow!
It's crazy how this little change does big things. Same with copper. It's helping me tremendously with iron uptake and immune system.
