This is my third day on MC. It is going so well! After being in bed for a few weeks due to Lupus, I was afraid I'd not ever get my energy back. Mc is definately improving my energy. Two weeks prior it was a struggle to lift my arms to hug my kids....even went to sleep in my clothes because the thought of getting dressed in the morning to take my kids to school was daunting. I was up today at 6:00 am., beds made, dishwasher emptied....tying not to overdo...but I feel normal again. I know this is not a "Magic Bullet" but I am grateful to FEEL ALIVE again. No detox symptoms yet. It is possible I went through a lot of them already due to the program my trainer had me on before I had a lupus flare-up. Time will tell. Thank you for giving me the courage each day to cleanse. Thity eight more days to go....God willing! Karin
