Honestly if you just have sinus issues, that does not sound like a heavy metal (HM) problem. People with a HM problem bad enough to not be able to work full time typically have a list of seemingly unrelated problems.
Digestive tract problems and food insensitivities are almost always reported.
Poor stress tolerance is very common. For some they become "difficult" and intense; others have anxiety.
There is virtually always mood problems. The brain had hormone related systems are so vulnerable to HMs. It is not surprising. It is just chemistry.
People tend to become more introverted and less social.
They usually report a decrease in their memory and learning capacity.
Check out the symptoms described by these people who reported impressive gains.
I followed the cases of this woman and her husband from during their membership in the large Yahoo detox suppport group. They, like most people recovering from a HM problem, had difficult times along the way.
