Hi guys/gals,
I am new to the forum, 38 years and female. I have been suspecting I have AF for a long time now. Had al the respiratory warning signs (even pneumonia). Recently I have been getting worse again. Had a stressful time renovating our new home from 1934 and lately have been very busy at work with a stressful project.
Because my symptoms have come back with a vengeance I think it's time to really try and heal this time. I started taking a very good multivitamin with enough Magnesium and Vit. C. and cod liver oil. Besides that I want to start taking adrenal cortex and pregnenolone. Maybe ad a good probiotics supplement.
I started taking keltic
Sea Salt and lots of fat like good butter from grass fed animals. I am thinking of ordering a slow cooker to also make some decent bone broth. I hardly eat regular bread anymore and switched to really good sour dough spelt bread.
Really hope to turn my symptoms around this time. Taking rest in the weekends doesn't seem to heal me enough. Does anyone recognise this? How does my 'healing protocol' look? Any advise is welcome. :) Hope to learn from all of you!
