The "speck" concentrations near the edges of your stills do resemble Cooper's dicty images.
In the video, (both speeds), I see movement/growth from the top of the main big specimen in the middle of the frame. I wouldn't say there is enough detail to match it to Cooper's vid though. Sorry I'm a broken record, but to say a vid looks like the dicty I really want to see fruiting bodies.
This is not to say you are wrong or not filming some form of dicty, however. I noticed this upload while surfing Clew's photos in the image forum this morning:
The drawings on the left, especially #3, resemble the construction of some Morg skin artifacts I've seen. So I do a Google Image search of Hemitrichia serpula and find photos like this:
These are the colors I see so much of with Morgs. Compare these images to this swiss cheese scalp shed I removed during last month's symptom surge:
