I have been doing ozone cupping in a steam sauna almost daily for several months. Recently I am experiencing tender lymph nodes under my arm and neck/jaw.
Is this a result of the healing process or worsening condition?

This is a reply to # 2,214,886The immune response is being overloaded either with die off or toxins being released by ozone.
I found great help in using lots of antioxidants (vitamin C & E) and toxin grabbers like
EDTA (oral), zeolite and particularly chorella.

I have been using ozone therapy for several years and have had what I would consider very intense healing reactions.
I assumed it was die off but this eases my mind a bit.
