ok, well weekends are tough. I had a similar deal. We went out of town for the night so I ate a small meal. Fasted all day and then ate. I feel guilty but, what can you do? Let's just move on and not start over. Continue on from where we are. One meal isn't going to totally kill us. We have some choices. We can go back to day 1, or go back to Friday and start on Monday as day 6 or we can just count Monday as day 8 and move on and do a couple of extra days at the end. It depends on what your reasons for the cleanse are. Mine is mainly for weight loss. I want to lose about 20 lbs by New Years. I am in a wedding with a bunch of size 2s and don't want to look like a linebacker coming down the aisle. =) One meal didn't effect my weight in any war. I have stayed the same weight through the weekend, so my thoughts were to count Monday as Day 6. As if the weekend never happened. I am fasting today but debating whether to have a small meal today (we are going to Disneyland) and wipe out the weekend. hmmm, what to do! There was someone here that did her fast that way, fasted all day with one small meal. I will try and find it. Have a good one! Good luck! We are off to see Mickey!
