I have this Forearm Pain, does anyone else get this?
Since I was a kid I would sometimes get very bad forearm pain, randomly.
No pain in the wrists, upper arm, hands, etc.... just the FOREARMS!
It like a pain along the forearm bone.
It could be the bone or the nerve that runs along the bone?
It makes me want to put pressure on it to relieve some of the pain.
It is bad enough that I need to take pain medication.
Sometimes I don't feel it at all, then it will randomly show up.
Sometimes I am woken in the middle of the night by this forearm pain.
Does anyone else get this?
What could be causing this?
Hypothyroidism?
Sleeping issues?
Forearm nerve issue?

This is a reply to # 2,211,804Many people say it's from needing to cleanse the liver with liver flushes.

This is a reply to # 2,211,804I get this. Oddly enough, I read somewhere that it might be carpal tunnel related. I'm not sure if it is deferring the pain to the forearm. This odd sort of carpal tunnel pain can also go to the upper arm, which it does for me. So, I started using a wrist brace when I sleep when I am getting that pain. After doing it a few days, the pain is gone (I did notice improvement the first day). I figure when I sleep I tend to bend my wrists too much, putting strain on the carpal tunnel.

Restless arms at night are common symptoms of what is known as "restless legs syndrome." If you suffer from restless legs syndrome, you typically feel as though something is crawling on or tingling underneath the skin of your arms and/or legs, it can be extremely painful. Some say it feels like it's in the bones. RLS results in an overwhelming urge to move your arms and legs and makes it difficult to sleep.
