Hi there, okay here goes. About a month ago I fell from my skateboard and landed harshly on my left knee. It hurt a fair bit but I just shrugged it off. Ever since it has bren slightly tender and hasn't really "healed". I chalked it down to having a poor immune system or something. My Kneecap has also been " squishier" than normal since the accident. Now, iI began drinking a glass of my morning urine and 1 glass at night about 4-5 days ago. I started doing this due to many health concerns I am dealing with. About 3 days ago my kneecap has become twice the size of the other. And is VERY squishy, asif the bone isn't there. Ive read that it could somehow be water stored in my kneecap.. Butits just VERY concerning that it has happend after I began to drink my urine.(its also tender) I am seeing my GP tomorrow and i will bring it up. I just dont want to mention to her that ive been drinking urine :/ please help in any way you can guys! I'm pretty worried right now...
