Yes, it no doubt is easy for insiders to mention the conspiracy. They get off being portrayed as insightful pillars whereas outsiders voicing observation of the same scheme are portrayed as crazy anarchists to be lumped in with believers of mars made from green cheese. Meanwhile, other insiders stick to the script, they give no actual insight, do not comment on the conspiracy as conspiracy but instead formally address an assembly of conspirators as though their contribution to the scheme is the right and necessary plan to further unite the nations of the world.
For my money, as insiders go and as far as looks and talk might go, Gallaway at least looks and talks as someone from the street genuinely concerned with some of the impact of the conspiracy upon commoners. Cameron looks and talks like a snobbish chap just delivered from a beauty salon and has plans to rub elbows and lick boots at the gala commencing shortly after the formal meeting.
