Hello guys. So yesterday I did flush number 7. I feel like giving up because I'm not feeling the benefits from these flushes at all :( I don't get many stones out and none of my symptoms are improving.
Here is what I wanted to cure/improve with flushing:
- acne.. comedonal acne and just horrible bad texture of my skin :(
- Dark circles.. under and also on the inner sides of my eyes
- Gluten intolerance.. I get pains the day after I eat too much gluten, also a bit of constipation
- Irregularity.. I go everyday, but not the healthiest regularity
- Healing.. I want to speed up my healing process
- Premature aging.. 20 yrs old, wrinkle on my forehead and under my eyes
- General well being and mental health.. I get depressed and have serious mood changes
I mentioned liver flushes not working for me in the iodine forum a while back and trapper said, "a big spoonful of half EVOO and half organic lethicin taken every night before bed will slowly clear the liver." But I dunno, I really want to do the REAL flush and get the proper health improvements from a properly cleansed liver. Would really like a flushing expert to give me some advice.
But yeah.. No improvement, quite p!ssed off about this. Depressed and losing hope.

This is a reply to # 2,206,388I checked on the internet about comedonal acne, certainly no answers there. Then I checked here I read 1 page of 7 but nothing mentioned about your acne. May be you can check the rest of the pages

Understandable you are frustrated but for some people even to get rid off regular Acne can take a year. Stay at least away from the gluten. Also check out the Humaworm forum some people did a lot of different cleanses, like colon and kidney and keep flushing.

This is a reply to # 2,206,442Thanks hanna, yeah I feel like the only person in the world with this kind of skin, very hard to find info on it. But I believe it is caused by problems in my liver. I used to have regular Acne so I went on tetracyline and pimples went away but little did I know, clogged pores were a side effect of the drug. I already had them and the drug made them worse! The doc saw my skin before and still put me on tetracycline!
Anyway.. I suppose I'll keep flushing. I know it can take a year to cure things but I thought I'd see improvement by now ya know.
Trying to stay away from the gluten and I'll look into humaworm.

This is a reply to # 2,206,495Tetracycline is the reason why you have no improvement.
The major side effect of Tetracycline is chronic gut dysbiosis.
If a healthy gut looks like tropical forest, a gut after Tetracycline looks more like Sahara or Taklamakan desert.
Beside the liver flush, you have to work on repopulating your gut with good microbes.
To do it, learn about FMT
Learn about yogurt enema
learn about home made yogurt
Learn about Candida albicans
It can take many months or years on healthy strict diet, FMT , Liver Flushing to reverse damage done by months or weeks on Tetracycline.
The next time a doctor suggests you Antibiotics for your problem, think twice!!!! Unless your life is in danger ... run from his office !!!!!!!!
Antibiotics today are the major cause of acne, eczema, seb derm, psoriasis, candida, IBD, IBS, SIBO, allergies, asthma, hives, autoimmune diseases, etc.

This is a reply to # 2,206,517I know Antibiotics are awful, I was really young when I was on them. I actually hate doctors. It was the accutane that did the damage though, well I know that's when the digestion got bad. I'm putting all my hope on Iodine now, it's already helped me a small bit. And maybe a water fast. Ugh I feel like dying tbh after reading what you said about tetracycline, I though accutane was bad.

This is a reply to # 2,206,500Hey White Shark, I know I'm replying to you 4 times haha but you just shocked me with that message. Anyway how would having this make Liver Flushes less effective? I mean surely they would help a situation like that, you even say they're needed to recover from it. And it's not like nothing is happening, I do get a small few stones out. Do you think I should keep flushing yeah? I remember the day after my first flush, I had more energy and more stable blood sugars I think, but nothing new since :(

This is a good piece of research and shows that tetracycline has a moderate impact on increasing Candida and decrease in Bifidus and Lactobacilli. The solution is to reduce the simple sugars in ones diet and take prebiotics and probiotics.

I mean you would think my liver would be stressed from it and that the flushes would help. But White Shark said tetracycline is the reason I'm not getting results.

This is a reply to # 2,207,480Dark circles under the eyes are associated with the colon. I recently was in a bowel clinic supporting a friend and it was noticeable to me that many of the patients had dark circles. Constipation is associated with a dysfunctional biliary system and also bowel overgrowth and overload.
This suggest to me that you may have two possible problem areas.
1. The colon. With overload it is recommended to reduce the amount of non-soluble fibre. That is skins and seeds the type of foods that just don't digest but give bacteria plenty of roughage to ferment and of course fibre makes a good stool. You could try reducing the amount of fibre a little at a time to see if makes any difference.
2. The biliary route, including the liver, bile ducts, gallbladder and also intestines. The liver is the primary digestive organ and it makes sense to have it in good working order. It can take more than 7 flushes how many I don't know, to clear any contamination or dysfunction. I don't think that 7 is a fair test and the cleanse may not kick in until 12 to 20 (Just a guess). A guy has posted today that he did 40 over three years to get clean.
I'm not sure about the tetracycline connection but it may have an adverse effect if the digestive system wasn't resilient in the first place.- Re: Tetracycline Tayto

Yes i find that I need LOTS of soluble fibre or else I'm constipated. When I was younger, I never had good regularity for this reason but I was too young to realise. I was on Antibiotics a lot as a baby too. But insoluble fibre like lettuce and spinach don't digest at all, I can see them in the toilet.
I know 7 flushes isn't enough, I'm just frustrated that I'm not seeing even a little improvement, which I thought I would see by now. I'm also annoyed that I've never had a flush produce hundreds of stones like others have reported. I suppose I'll just keep going.

This is a reply to # 2,207,541I don't do well with fibres and for your years I have been supplementing with magnesium for constipation and my nightly leg cramps. I found this great homeopathic test so you can check if you need magnesium.

This is a reply to # 2,207,475Tayto did you read the link in Telman's post. It was too much to read for me but I looked at the table and tetracycline did not sound as bad as a lot of other Antibiotics . There is always hope.

This is a reply to # 2,207,683Yes I had a read through it. It doesn't mention tetracycline except for in the table. It just talks about Antibiotics and their effect on gut health. It says high protein diets heavy in meat are very bad for gut flora. I eat a vegan diet and I'm trying to eat a lot of raw food. I should look into probiotics too but there's so many, I don't know which to choose. They're all different prices too.
Yes I don't understand why White Shark thinks tetracycline is really bad, I mean, we know that all Antibiotics are damaging to the gut bacteria.
I'd really like to know why he thinks tetracycline is the reason I'm not getting more stones out and seeing results :( I really need my skin to get better..
I will stay hopeful though, I mean people who have had chemo and worse treatments turn their health around don't they. Thanks hanna
