Hello,
I recently received my saliva hormone test results, and I'm wondering what you guys think I should do from here on?
Estradiol (E2): 1.3 pg/ml .... reference range: <2.5
Progesterone (Pg): 47 pg/ml ... reference range: <94 (500-3000 supplementation)
Ratio of Pg/E2: 36 (LOW) ... reference range: 200-300 supllementation
Testosterone: 106 pg/ml ... reference range: 30-143 (143-350 supplementation)
DHEA: 273 pg/ml ... reference range: 137-336
Cortisol Morning: 14 nmol/L ... reference range: 5-40, optimal: 18-35
Cortisol Noon: 4.6 nmol/L ... reference range: 2-16, optimal: 6-12
Cortisol Evening: 1.4 nmol/L ... reference range: 1.8-12, optimal: 4-8
Cortisol Night: 2.0 nmol/L ... reference range: 0.9-9, optimal: 2-6
I'm a male in my mid-30s, experiencing panic attacks, anxiety/hyperactivity, and OCD for 20 years, with acne, borderline pyroluria, low stomach acid. and sensitive to gluten and grains. I've have multiple mercury amalgam fillings in my teeth for 15+ years, a root canal for 7 years, and I suspect I may have lyme and Hashimoto's.
I try to walk most days, try to get 8+ hours of sleep, and the major supplements I currently take are:
B6, C, Selenium, Zinc, Fish Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Grape Seed Extract, Astaxanthin, probiotics, and HCL/Enzymes with each meal
Would supplemental hydrocortisone tablets be worth taking? Any other suggestions are appreciated!
