Parasites, like round worms, produce huge number of microscopic egs. You can't see those eggs with naked eye.



Tapeworms may release egg sacs, that are visible.

Different Tapeworms have different shape of egg sacs.

Some look like white rice.
Some look like white or yellow sesame seeds.
Some look like round eggs.

Egg sacs contain microscopic eggs.

So, eggs are invisible to the naked eyes, but egg sacs are visible.

This is so strange, just like what I have. I thought I had an intestinal worm or something. Is the mucus not a sign of a parasite? Did you ever get more info? I have very similar mucus.
