Dear All,

I started a kidney cleanse 6 days ago with a tincture of the following herbs :

- Lepidium latifolium
- Uva Ursi
- Solidago Virga-Aurea

So far so good, I don't notice anything yet. But I notice that I'm having kind of "zits" on my face, which I don't normally have. Nothing dramatic, but it still got my attention.

Can it be a detox reaction ?

As a side note, I'm doing this kidney cleanse after 5 Liver Flushes A. Mortiz style.
