Since enemas are not part of any Herbdoc Richard Schulze protocol I know of, perhaps you've adapted enemas as part of your own protocol. Either way, you should do them when you feel your lower colon is in need help getting flushed. This could be prior to starting any protocol, cleanse, fast, Schulze 30- day cleanse or otherwise, during or after. As for frequency, during the cleanse, it depends somewhat whether or not your bowels are moving on their own. If they are, an enema once a week helps rinse out whatever the fasting and cleansing has sent to your bowel, if not, perhaps one every two or three days will help you maintain pseudo regularity so to speak.

Schulze recommended high enemas every other day for those on the incurables program and less often for those who were ill but I don't think he said how often. I am sure periodically now that you are working on this three or four or more times would be fine over the next couple weeks. They are harder to do than regular enemas. Schulze does not recommend coffee enemas.

He says how to do them in his bowel chapter in the save your life manual. If you want to send me an email address, I will send this chapter to you via attachment (free of course).

In it, he also discusses the Colon Cleanse and gives the two formulas in case you want to make yourself using organic bulk herbs (not recommended IMO for intestinal cleanse #1 as its hard to get into capsules especially if you need a lot as something in there made me at sneeze so much and cough like crazy and cough so bad I peed myself (full disclosure:) but the intestinal #2 can be easily made.

I am surprised by the person who said that enamas are not part of Dr. Richard Schulze 's program because in his book, 'There Are No Incurable Diseases', there is a whole chapter, 'HOW TO DO A HIGH ENEMA'!
I am not sure that the person who wrote that reply has ever read any of his books.
