hello please help i suffer from bad breath and have been for the past 2 years. it sucks because i am only 15 and i feel so insecure at school and i HATE chewing gum but i know i have to. i have been to the dentist and they cleaned my teeth (because i didn't floss for about the first 6 months of having braces) and my bad breath is still here! is this candida or bacterial overgrowth? please help. if my tongue looks a little yellow, that sometimes happens when i eat certain foods. today i have eaten manuka honey (i heard it helps with candida, it is GOOD HONEY not the bad kind), i had a pork sandwich with lettuce and tomato today with butter, a chocolate bar which i was forced to eat in pe and am now beating myself up for and i had some minestrone soup for tea. i have also had two cartons of probiotic yogurt and a juice consisting of 1 green apple and 1 garlic clove(BLERGH!!) please help me i hate having bad breath!! :/
