Hi all - I had the Mirena for a year, and had it removed in May. I never felt comfortable with it, and could feel it, although my gyno insisted this wasn't possible! My first two periods after removal were normal-ish, but this one was six days late and I'm going on DAY 16 of bleeding/my period/whatever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so tired. Has anyone out there experienced this?! I called the gyno, and they said there isn't anything they can do - not, "this is normal", "call us in a few days"... Thank you!
