I have experienced all of what you're saying and I'm a teacher so it's very tough for me to stand infront of a class stinking. I know the humiliation it can cause.
I have done a lot of investigation and can honestly tell you that I think you may have one of two things or both.
There is a condition called trimethylaminuria which conforms with all of our symptoms (yes, I have the same ones and have consulted 3 specialists already) You can look it up on Wikipedia if you like. Just use the search time "trimethylynuria"
There are two kinds apparently. One that is genetic which you can't do much about except diet changes and washing with PH soap only.
Diet changes - no bread or anything with dough in it, eat gluten free. No fish from the sea only from lakes or rivers. No beans or anything from the bean family or broccoli. Dairy products don't seem to help either. Leave those out too if you can.
Sugar is also a big enemy as the illness itself is an inability to digest a certain type of fat and
Sugar therefore what you eat comes out through your pores. If it's genetic (hereditary) there's not a lot that can be done but if you got it following heavy use of
Antibiotics or an operation you may be able to cure it with flagyll.
You can get tested for this at a genetics lab.
You may also have leaky gut. An unhealthy build up of flora in your gut. Traditional doctors know very little about either disease so you might want to look up someone who is very good with homeopathic or alternative medicine. They may be able to at least restore balance in your flora more ably than a GP. If you see a specialist in traditional medicine you need a geneticist or a metabolist. It's very rare so most of the medical community have never even heard of it.
Good luck. I know how you feel. I battle with it every day. Chin up. You're not alone.
