Doctors refuse to talk about Systemic Candida. It is too costly to cure. If they cured Candida, then just look at all the diseases that would disappear, and their waiting rooms would empty out. Medicine is all about money, not cures.
Hope this helps,

Hi Joe,
You are most welcome.
I would like to offer you this one cautionary comment: If you review the material, be sure you get this point: Dosage is the key! As an example, if a doctor prescribed a dose of antibiotic to a patient, it would come with both an amount and frequency of dosage. Hypothetically, if that patient decided to cut that prescribed antibiotic dosage in half, and/or ingest it at one-half the prescribed frequency, and then did not get the results expected, could we really/honestly say that they tried the antibiotic out, and it did not work? And so it is with ascorbic acid. Dr. Robert Cathcart, M.D., wrote that he did not see significant results in his patients until they approached Bowel Tolerance: "The clinical symptoms of...diseases and other conditions...are markedly ameliorated only as bowel tolerance dose levels (the amount tIhat almost, but not quite, causes diarrhea) are approached."
And this similarly from Dr. Thomas E. Levy, M.D.: "The three most important considerations in effective vitamin C therapy are 'Dose, Dose, and Dose.' If you don't take enough, you won't get the desired effects. Period!...you will rarely ever fail to observe a dramatic response...IF you take a large enough dose for a long enough time."
Best wishes, Joe,
David
Hi Joe,
If I were you, I would not "second-guess" your body, i.e. go with what your body is "telling"/indicating to you via its Bowel Tolerance reaction, i.e. if it wants more, it can use more [and will be able to absorb more]!
Yes, I have gradually increased from an intial Bowel Tolerance [20 years ago] of 10 to 15 grams of ascorbic acid per day to my current Bowel Tolerance of 75+ grams per day [all in health, not illness]. I believe this has happened primarily because I have cleaned out/up my GI tract [via the steady daily Bowel Tolerance doses].
I use ascorbic acid tablets, Joe, although you can typically find the powder/crystals for less money [gram-for-gram]. Also, the powder/crystals typically require from 20% to 30% less dosage to get the same Bowel Tolerance effect [vs. the tablets].
I hope that helps, Joe.
Best wishes,
David
Hi Joe,
The animals, with very few exceptions, all produce multi-gram [standardized to 154 pounds] doses of ascorbic acid for themselves every day of their lives. With the possible exception of a strict "garden of Eden" diet, i.e. raw fruits and vegetables [only], I strongly believe we humans must do the same, e.g. typically via ingestion, if we want continuous optimal health, i.e. I recommend, Joe, that you ingest [as I do, and have, for the past 20 years] a Bowel Tolerance dose of ascorbic acid every day [again, for optimal health].
I hope that answers your question, Joe. If not, please repost.
Best wishes,
David
