It is my own belief and/or opinion that degree'd doctors - be they allopathic or 'alternative' - need to have a specific 'protocol' to follow with anything they 'prescribe' for their patients...a sort of 'one-size-fits-most-if-not-all' sort of category. So for the degree'd one, they
need or require a certain 'protocol' to follow.
The beauty of being your OWN doctor places you in a unique position. You can start out with what you KNOW without a doubt exactly what you are deficient in.
As you start out, you already KNOW you are deficient in iodine.
As it begins to heal you, you may discover cravings to things.
I can still remember the early days, when there were so many of us learning together.
We'd have group cravings for beef, (some were vegans and their cravings were powerful) - which led to the importance of,
"well, what's high in beef?"
B12, selenium, protein...yada yada yada
those kinds of threads were cool, and by all appearancesa seemed invaluable to a lot of newbies - perhaps a good thing - perhaps not
It helped us to form a certain protocol for newbies
There were many other things (I've only provided one example) - but the important thing here is that the INDIVIDUAL must still make up his or her own mind what option to take.
Iodine does one thing, and it does it quite well -
it resolves
Iodine deficiency
The rest is STILL up to you.
