Actually a type of psoriasis. Serious skin cracks on heels, sometimes palms. The person has a medical degree, been taking cortisone topically for ages to keep it in check. Works with wounds at a daily basis, knowledged somehow.
Still, the cracks was deep, one could see the flesh. Very painful, itching. The daily treatment he used to do, was like putting salt in an open wound, his words.
Approx 3 weeks ago he asked me for advice; we started with iodine, painted the heels with alot of lugols, let it dry for half an hour. Then he wrapped the heels in over night in a solutuon of borax, water,
Epsom Salt and coconut oil. The
Epsom Salt for softening the skin, coconut oil to keep it moist.
So, today I saw the result, he has been a "bad" patient; only done the procedure 3 times since then.
Much better! The cracks are but a couple of them, gone. One cannot see the flesh anymore. No pain, just a little dry surface. I would estimate 50 % better, at least.
The combination borax/
Epsom Salt (or other type of sulfur) may be something to consider; I would add some
Iodine as well.
