So I'm pretty nervous. I have had this mole on the top of my ear for as long as I can remember....Within the last month it has been tingling, painful, my head has been hurting on that side, and it has grown. Not the actual mole has grown, but many little "freckles" have grown around it and sometimes my ear is on fire. The earliest I can get in to get it looked at is on the 29 of this month. Can't help but think the worse sometimes.....just thought I would get this out there....- Nervous, could be skin cancer :( #174380

This is a reply to # 2,196,751U should def get that checked out. In the meanwhile u should examine your whole skin for any other abnormalities that you havent noticed before. Best to come prepared to your appointment so you can make sure your dermatologist doesnt overlook anything.
If it does turn out to be a maligancy at least you're probably aware of it in an early stage, but i wouldnt worry too much yet untill you know anything for sure.
