I just did a saltwater flush and passed a ton of these. I think they are some sort of fasciola but any help identifying the genus specifically would be GREATLY appreciated.

I have had abdominal pain that is very isolated to certain areas around my right side, around where you bile ducts would be.

Only abnormal thing showing up in my blood work is slightly elevated bilirubin levels. Other than that everything is normal.

GI thinks I may have Gilberts or Celiac disease and I am working to rule that out, but if anyone could identify what these could possibly be it would be a great help!
