I was reading another post about a poster with some chronic problems that I share:

and it was suggested that they try Fish Oil as well as dietary change. Has anyone tried the fish oil they suggested in the thread from dr. daves best? what are your thoughts on it?

But you should eat fresh fish every second day or at least 3 times a week.
