Thank you for providing the additional information.
1/ I was 21 when things really nosedived but I had problems for some years prior to that.
2/ Is 190-200 a resting pulse rate?
3/ Typically what is your blood pressure? It could affect your pulse.
4/ Not too bad, it could be worse. I used to be up most of the night and have stayed awake all night on many occasions. Then sleeping into the afternoon. I now fall asleep by about 11:00pm-11:30pm, midnight if I really try and push it. I now wake up around 7am so a big improvement for me. High doses of Vit B12 (methylcobalamin) helped my body clock considerably.
5/ Swollen glands can be a problem but I rarely get them. ATM I would say that Candida is only taking advantage of your health situation and is probably not the cause.
A shifted body clock is a common with
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and so is low blood pressure. The veins often become pronounced, especially on the arms. It is due to high nitric oxide levels. The shifted body clock and sleep problems is most likely due to high ammonia levels. The higher the levels, the worse the sleep problems.
It's your pulse rate which bothers me. It does not indicate hypothyroidism. Knowing your blood pressure would help because an extremely low BP might cause a rapid pulse as a compensation. When my BP drops, my pulse rate tends to increase quite a bit but never to the 190+.
If you have CFS, thyroid tests are very unreliable because of hypothalamus dysfunction. There is usually some degree of pituitary dysfunction which can affect many hormones. Hairloss is fairly common with CFS, I lose quite a bit when I wash my hair but my hair grows very quickly so I don't get any bald patches. After shaving, 3 hours later and I have noticeable stubble.
Brain fog can be due to ammonia because it is toxic to the nervous system and brain. Ammonia also affects energy production and cell respiration.
3a/ Body temperature regulation is a problem encountered by
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome sufferers.
11a/ You mentioned gas, do you mean bloating after eating? Or Gas such as burping after eating?
12a/ Allergies do indicate hyper permeability of the gut/stomach. (Leaky gut) If it was only a thyroid problem then you would not have allergies. Leaky gut affects the immune system function and can cause immune complexes to lodge into body tissues which can cause the immune system to attack.
We could mix up the question numbers which is going to get confusing. I have added letters when referring to earlier questions.
