I saw some places saying that L Glutamine helps the gut and also our immune system. One guy took 2 grams and said that he was sleeping verter and got increased libido from it.
Anybody tried it? Is it helpful?
I think Grizz will like it because he always say to support the immune system, I just don't think Iodine is so good to our health, I'm affraid to get some thyroid disorder and also become dependable from iodine, but that is not the discussion.- Re: L Gluthamine to immune system an... perrin

This is a reply to # 2,187,270For immune system support, are you including healthier eating and lifestyle or just the L-glut?
Is the l-glut controlled for would be a different way of looking at it.
