So... is it possible to combine Nutritional Balancing with a ketogenic diet? Has anyone here done it or heard of someone else who had done it?
Edit: I was hinted about Pam Killeen and I am researching her now. So - tell me what you think of her approach and how it compares to Dr. Wilson's approach on Nutritional Balancing. Pam is more into the Ketogenic/Paleo/Ancestral diet and not that much into Veggie-heavy-diet like Dr Wilson.
I was going to try the keto diet but then I found out about NB and decided to go with it. However, combining them in some way would be awesome if you have a neurological issue like I do.
The main problem is the high amounts of veggies that Dr. Wilson recommends. He says we should eat 3 cups of veggies per meal at least 3 times a day. I don't know why people keep using "cup" as a measurement unit. I have many different types of cup at home and I can't put broccoli in a cup... :D :D
So, how much veggies (in grams or oz/pounds) does Dr. Wilson recommend to be eaten per day? On top of that he suggests eating 3-4
oz of carrots. I guess with a little tweaking one can make it a ketogenic diet so any input will be greatly appreciated. I see many helpful people on here. Thank you in advance, guys! :)
