I would appreciate if anyone can give more insight on pregnenolone. I have just started 5 mg of this supplement. I am very low on steroid hormones but my body is extremely sensitive. I cannot tolerate glandulars, b vitamins, vitamin c AT ALL. I am running out of options for support.

I also take 5 mg HC in the morning and 2.5 mg in the afternoon. Has anyone who was basically very advanced stage bed bound/ housebound AF successfully incorporated pregnenolone? How long did it take to increase the dose? I'm looking to go very slow but am so scared of any more adverse reactions. What time of day do you take and how do you divide it?

Any type of insight whatsoever on this supplement would be very much appreciated! I'm desperate :/
