It sucks a diet has not improved your lips, yet. I don't think you've tried eliminating protein for one week? Also, I don't think you've tried eliminating salicylates for one week? Both of these allergens caused other people's lips to peel and it stopped when they avoided these foods. The only problem is both of these diets are very restrictive. I think many people here have tried gluten-free diets, but still ate rice and lots of other foods with salicylates. What if they're allergic to salicylates instead of gluten?
I would write down every single thing you eat in a week. Then, ask an allergy to do both a skin patch test and blood test for all of those foods. Don't forget any sauces or spices if you use them. I wish there was also a test for
food sensitivities . Maybe there is?
