Lactobacillus don't usually register very highly in fecal samples, so I wouldn't interpret that as bad. You have good levels of E. coli and Bifidobacteria, which are great for colon health, especially the E. coli.

Antibiotic use, and any response to an anti fungal diet. Ideally, you'd want to do several tests, such as a blood and urine test to correlate findings, but that can get pricey. I've often seen stool tests negative and blood tests positive prior to following a candida protocol. Genova is no longer using the PCR testing that Metametrix used, so I consider Diagnostechs to be a more reliable testing company.
