It's a great program, Trish, but not for the "faint of heart." Here are my tips:
1) Be prepared to feel worse before you feel better.
2) Persevere, persevere, persevere! Unwinding years of dis-ease takes time and fortitude. But worth it!
3) Don't expect friends and family who aren't doing NB to understand the ups and downs. Modern medicine has taught all of us to expect a pill to make our symptoms go away. Real healing is pretty much unheard of.
4) Make whatever sacrifices you need to regarding diet, getting more rest, taking time to do detox procedures.
5) If you aren't working with an experienced practitioner, find one. Listen to him or her more than anyone else. As much as we all like to help each other, we are only amateurs plus we don't have access to each other's hair tests nor the qualifications to advise.
6) I don't know if you are working with ARL or TEI (labs), but I have been helped tremendously by Dr. Larry Wilson's site,
http://www.drlwilson.com. He uses ARL which I do as well, and I work with a practitioner that he trained.
