Hi everybody!
New to the world of
coffee enemas and liver flushes, although my neighbor does them a lot, so gave me most of his advice. My husband and I did a
coffee enema last weekend. Didn't really feel anything different or unusual. The next day, we took the grapefruit/olive oil
Liver Flush and then did another coffee enema. He was fine. I, on the other hand, have NOT BEEN FINE. First, I had horrible bowel cramping for 2 days following the grapefruit/olive oil, and had to take
Epsom Salts to get everything out of my gut to feel better. I have a history of joint pain, and since the liver flush, my joint pain has been out of control! It's been a whole week and my joints have not stopped. I'm wondering if the toxins from the
Liver Flush got into my bloodstream? I had completely gotten rid of my joint pain for almost a year, and frankly I'm a little disheartened to try another
Liver Flush unless I can poop all the toxins out. I still feel fatigued, toxic, and awful. My neighbor suggested to try Psyllium before and after some
coffee enemas to absorb any toxins that might "re-enter" the system after liver detoxing. Any ideas about what happened and what I can do? Is what he's saying about the psyllium correct?
