Hey guys! I know you're all juicing! That's great! Make sure you don't overdo it or only juice by doing cleanses! It's unhealthy and dangerous especially if you have certain health situations or are on certain meds. If these are the cases then make sure to stay away from certain fruits and vegetables and/or keep your vitamin intake under control for certain vitamins. Another thing, I believe it is spinach and kale - if you juice with these you should never abruptly change the amount you take daily or stop that amount abruptly. Keep doing it if you are doing it and slowly lower your amount. And don't double it in one day or start off with a large amount. I believe it is half a cup or cup at the first serving. Anyhow, if you mess with this, it can cause a blood clot or stroke. And beware if you take blood thinning medications, too. Then stay away from those drinks. This is why you need to know your meds and what fruits and veggies to stay away from in your juices. Some meds require us to stay away from certain foods. Like anxiety medicine - one food to stay away from for this type of med is grapefruit juice. Know this - Especially because the juices tend to have a lot of a particular fruit or veggie.
Also,
juicing removes the pulp and whatnot. The pulp holds a great deal of the nutrients. Try using a blender instead. You're missing out on a lot of health.
Drinking too many of these throughout the day can add up in calories, esp. With
additives besides fruits or veggies. This can easily add up to 1000 calories easily just from juicing. Know what you are putting in your juices and be aware of your intake. The pulp helps fill you. Keep the pulp in.
Fasting on juices doesn't do much for the body. Your body cleanses itself out on its own. It has it's own system that works fine. The idea of fasting is not right when it comes to detoxing your system. Maybe just drop the unhealthy foods and keep
juicing as an added addition in your diet for health. And add water, make sure you are getting enough.

juicing and research all diets and new health fads BEFORE you do them. ALWaYS. It's important to know what we are doing to our bodies and we need to know the safety of it all. I'll be researching this more and you can double check this I wrote it pretty fast, but the point is for you to take control and research it yourself so you know what is healthy for YOU.
