In conjunction with ivermectin which is best for a scattered roundworm infection?
I am not sure if it is continuing hookworm or a strongyloides.
I did pass what definitely looked like a hookworm with some clove/thyme/garlic/cayenne dosing by mouth.
But I haven't ruled out a strongyloides as well as there are things that look a lot like them too periodically at the anus and in sputum.
I have ease of access to fenbendazole.
I can get albendazole but it would be a trek.
I am not interested in mail order.
Is there a preference?
Is one better for one aspect and the other better for another?
Please share any ins and outs you may know about these two.
Any answers are appreciated.
If they are basically interchangeable I will go with what is fairly easy for me to get which is the fenbendazole.
The ivermectin is readily available.

This is a reply to # 2,180,510Some people swear by the fenben and I have even heard of a few cured by using it long term .
Im definitely not an expert .And there are a lot of people on here that know a lot more then I do about parasitical drugs .But I can tell you what I do know from extensive reading .
It really depends upon what you are fighting but to really beat these things it usually requires a combo drug protocol to really kill them all.
I think if I were you and I had access to unlimited quantities of fenben .I would use it daily long term .Some people say as long as a year .
If you want to eliminate it quicker then you will have to go with the albendazole /iver protocol .The albendazole is very broad spectrum and kills the adults ,the iver gets the larva and can also get rid of lice etc .
For hookworms pyrantel or albendazole or iver can get them .If its strongoloids I don't think you are going to eliminate them with just iver .
Also I think you need to use the fenben alone .I have no idea if it can be used in combination and would advise against it unless proven otherwise .

Albendazole & Ivermectin have enhanced synergy when taken together for Strongyloides, Filariasis, Morgellons, & severe roundworms infections. Recommend Valbazen cattle suspension versus Albendazole tablets. Its formulation provides a more consistent uptake rate & bioavailability.
Recommend Ivermectin horse paste (without Praziquantel) or the cattle pour-on suspension versus tablets, which are pricey.

Fenbendazole is a veterinarian drug for gastrointestinal parasites of animals only. Some folks report taking it for long periods without significant results. There are no medical research studies on its use in humans, & I don't recommend it in my drug protocols.

This is a reply to # 2,181,132I'm not sure of its effectiveness, but Fenbendazole has been tested on humans. You can look up the following titles, as I'm unable to post the links.
